Leave a legacy in your will

On this page you will find information on how to leave a legacy to the Diocese in your will.

You may wish to consult your solicitor to add the following or something similar to your will:

“I give _______% of my residuary estate OR I give the sum of £ _____ ____ pounds only free of all taxes to the Diocese of Argyll and the Isles (registered charity number SC002876) for its general purposes, (or nominate a specific purpose such as for use in a particular parish) and I declare that the receipt of an officer of the Diocesan Finance Board shall be a sufficient discharge to my executors and trustees.”
