Easter Message from Bishop Brian

Brothers and sisters: Rejoice, He is Risen! Alleluia!
I wish you a happy and holy Easter. On Good Friday Jesus, through his perfect love, forgave all sin. On Easter Morning, through his Resurrection, he defeated the power of death. This is why his first words to the women were “Do not be afraid”.
We are living through a difficult period but we are precious to the Lord. The disciples were hesitant to believe that Jesus had triumphed. They only gradually discovered that he always keeps his promises. Jesus is alive and with us. Let us ask the Risen One to deepen our trust in him.
