Congratulations, Fr. Donald

Priests from across the diocese and from other parts joined Canon Donald MacKay in St. Peter’s, Daliburgh on 8 July 2016 to celebrate the 40th anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood. The congregation at the Jubilee Mass included island parishioners and visitors from other parts of the diocese where Fr. Donald has served. The joyful atmosphere at the reception in St. Peter’s Hall was one of many signs of the people’s respect, appreciation and affection for Fr. Donald.
