Fr. Noel Colford, parish priest of Holy Cross on the Isle of Arran, recently addressed the Scottish Parliament. He gave the Time for Reflection message to the assembled MSPs and government officials. Referring to the new political energy in the USA, he called upon MSPs to engage in a spirit of consensus politics.
